Stroll along sidewalks and bike paths following Laguna Creek through several subdivisions. Enjoy these easy walks any time of year and expect to see a variety of birds, squirrels, and other critters as you walk by the protected waterway. This walk is suitable for all walkers, pets, and children. Strollers and/or wheelchairs are not suggested on the eastern loop as path is narrow and over gravel for portions of the walk. Water and restrooms are along route.

Directions to Start Point:
Take Hwy 99 South from Sacramento, exit Sheldon Rd, left at signal light onto Sheldon Rd approximately 1 mile crossing Bruceville Rd; Sheldon Rd becomes Center Pkwy. 24 Hour Fitness is in the movie theater/shopping center complex on the right.

(5k = 3.1 miles, 6k = 3.7 miles, 10k = 6.2 miles). Call POC for walk box. There are two 5k loops, one 6k loop and two 10k loops. The majority of each walk follows paved paths through quiet neighborhoods, parks and undeveloped areas. 24 Hr Fitness does not allow walkers to use their restroom--head across strip mall to Subway to use their restroom instead.
