Winding through the Stock Ranch residential areas and Van Maren Park, you reach the highlight of the walk, a little known and hidden riparian Stock Ranch Preserve along Arcade Creek. Continue through the shady oaks of the Crosswoods neighborhood to the Sylvan Oaks Community
Library and park.

From I-80 go east on Greenback Ln towards Citrus Heights. Go approx. two miles to Fountain Square Dr. Turn left. Turn right at Regency/Sam's Club Dr. At end of Sam's Club turn right. SAS is on your left. From US-50 go north on Sunrise, turn left on Greenback Ln. Just past San Juan Ave turn right into Sam's Club Dr. SAS Shoe is on right just before Sam's Club. Walk box is located in
an old antique cabinet in the back of the store.

The SAS Shoe Store owner has asked we not park in front of the store while participating in the walk. Thank you for your cooperation.
